The Home Performance Contractors Guild of Oregon is a collective of Home Performance Contractors working to improve the comfort, safety, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency of our clients' homes. The HPC Guild of Oregon is the local chapter of Efficiency First.

Energy Trust of Oregon "We help Oregonians save energy, increase the comfort of their homes and businesses, and move towards energy self-reliance." Energy Trust of Oregon provides free workshops (sometimes in conjunction with Solar Oregon) and helps you choose qualified contractors for a variety of energy work including renewable energy solutions, weatherization, and energy efficiency. To qualify for the cash incentives that Energy Trust provides, you must use one of their Trade Allies Clean Energy Works: Portland Clean energy works Portland is a test program that will help 500 Portland homes finance and install energy efficiency upgrades. Program participants will not have any additional monthly costs; the money they save monthly on energy bills will be put toward the financing for the upgrades.
