Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® is a comprehensive assessment of your home that is comparable to going to the doctor and getting a complete physical exam. Just as the doctor runs tests and tells you the results, we do the same for your home. At the end of the assessment, we create a plan of action to get your home efficient, safe, and comfortable. 

• Save Money: Reducing the amount of energy you use to heat and cool your home translates directly in to saving money.

• Increase comfort: We make your home operate as a system, which means your home is cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and drafts caused by air leaks are reduced or eliminated.

• Feel Safe: We test the carbon monoxide levels produced by your combustion appliances, such as a gas furnace or gas water heater, to make sure that they are operating within safe parameters. We also make recommendations that will address any dangerous Indoor Air Quality issues associated with excessive mold and moisture issues.

The diagnostic testing that we perform tells us where your home is losing energy. After the Home Performance assessment we create an action plan to get your home operating at peak efficiency.

The action plan includes:

• Test Results for each one of the tests we perform
• Measures, or weatherization work, that will fix the energy efficiency problems
• Costs for each measure
