During the consultation, our certified Home Performance Building Analyst will visit all areas of the home including any basement, crawlspace and attic areas so that we can take measurements and inspect the home for weatherization, heating, and cooling opportunities. With this information we create an action plan that tells you what should be done to your home so that it's energy efficient according to Building Performance Institute (BPI) standards. This action plan is similar to what you would get from the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® but it will not include the results from diagnostic testing. The action plan describes our BPI suggested scope of work to be completed, the cost to complete each recommendation, and a summary of all the incentives your project may qualify for. As with all of our clients, we'll make it easy for you to apply for the incentives you qualify for.
