  1. Give us a call and let us know you're interested in getting a solar hot water system.  On the phone we'll answer any immediate questions you have about solar hot water heaters. We'll also look at satellite images of your roof to determine if you have a strong solar resource.
  2. One of our renewable energy staff will call you to schedule a time to come to your home. They'll need access to your roof, attic and existing hot water heater. While there, they'll measure the size of your roof and measure how much sunlight your roof gets per day.
  3. If you move forward with our proposal, the next step is to begin to file for permits, incentives, and order your solar components. 
  4. Installation, permitting, and final inspection takes place over the course of about 30 days.
  5. Your done! Now you make your own hot water for the next 20+ years!
